  • Recordkeeping - maintain personnel files and documentation
  • Recruiting and Onboarding - coordinate hiring efforts with managers including advertising job postings and conducting pre-employment screening
  • Employee Relations - strengthen the employer-employee relationship by resolving workplace conflict, providing assistance with employee grievances and corrective actions
  • Performance Management - advise management on employee evaluations/performance appraisals as well as compensation
  • Compliance: provide safety training and ensure companies are compliant with labor and employment laws
  • Training and Development: provide coaching and mentoring to management and staff
  • Policy development - assist with the development and management of office policies and protocols and employee handbooks
